How can we help?

Empire Isle is in development, so the island isn't open yet — but we are. The honest answers are below, and a real person reads every email.

About the game

What kind of game is Empire Isle?

A luxury island-resort idle tycoon. You build and upgrade resort properties — from a Beach Hut to a Sky Resort — hire named managers, earn while you're away, and grow your island through four eras, from Beach Camp to Island Nation, on a living day-and-night cycle. It's a game about building a paradise of your own — not a real hotel, and this website is the game's official home, not a booking site.

What does the name mean?

Empire Isle is the game in two words: build an empire on an isle. The game began under a working title that honored Haiti — La Perle des Antilles, the Pearl of the Antilles — and the pearl still lives in the game as the Pearl Estate, the finest home a player can build. The full story is in our first devlog post.

Availability

When does Empire Isle launch?

The game is in active development and we have not announced a release date — we won't until the island earns one. Quality first. The honest way to follow along is the devlog and the Island List on the home page; the list hears every milestone first, including the launch date when it's real.

I found this site but the game isn't in my app store. Is something wrong?

Nothing's wrong — the game hasn't launched yet, so it isn't listed in the App Store or Google Play. This website is the official home of Empire Isle while it's being built.

Platforms

Which devices will the game be on?

iPhone (iOS) and Android phones. Your island is tied to one player account, so your progress follows you between iPhone and Android.

Gameplay

How does the gameplay work?

The loop is simple: build a property, upgrade it, put a manager in charge, and earn island cash — including while you're away. Earnings let you build more, climb the star ladder, and eventually prestige into new islands. It plays in short, satisfying check-ins, and your resort keeps working between them.

Monetization

Will the game be free to play?

Yes — the plan is free to play, supported by rewarded ads you choose to watch (almost no forced ads) and optional in-app purchases. Free players can earn everything in the game through play; purchases are accelerators and cosmetics, never locks on the island. There are no paid loot boxes.

Virtual currency

Is the casino real-money gambling?

No. Never. The casino and nightlife in Empire Isle run entirely on virtual chips and in-game currency. Virtual currency has no real-world value: it cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for real money or prizes, and there is no way to gamble real money in the game. All of the sparkle, none of the risk.

Waitlist

What is the Island List?

The Island List is our email list for Empire Isle. Join it on the home page and we'll send you launch news and development updates by email — one email when the island opens, plus the occasional devlog worth reading. It isn't a store pre-registration and it doesn't reserve an in-game name or reward; it's simply the surest way to hear news first. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.

Accounts

How will accounts and saves work?

When the game launches, you'll be able to start playing as a guest, then secure your island with an email one-time code, Apple sign-in, or Google sign-in — no passwords to remember. Your progress is saved on our servers with an offline cache on your device, under one player ID across iPhone and Android.

How do I delete my account or data?

When accounts launch with the game, you'll be able to delete your account in the app, or request deletion on the web at our account deletion page. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how deletion works.
