In one sentence: Empire Isle is a luxury island-resort idle tycoon for iPhone and Android where you build a breathtaking Caribbean resort that grows — and earns — even while you're away.
The longer version: Empire Isle puts you in charge of a barefoot beach camp on a jewel of a Caribbean island and asks one question: how beautiful can you make it? Build and upgrade eight resort properties — from a Beach Hut to a Sky Resort — hire named managers to run them, and watch your island flourish around the clock on a living day-and-night cycle. Earn stars, unlock districts, a working port and a helipad, and grow through four eras, from Beach Camp to Island Nation, with prestige opening new islands across the water. Painted in stylized realism — golden-hour light, turquoise water, free-roaming wildlife. The name says what you do — build an empire on an isle — and at the top of the island waits the Pearl Estate, the finest home a player can build. Its casino and nightlife sparkle on virtual currency only: no real-money gambling, nothing to cash out, ever.

The story: why “Empire Isle”
Empire Isle began under a working title — Island Pearl Resort, an homage to Haiti, once celebrated around the world as La Perle des Antilles, the Pearl of the Antilles, the jewel of the Caribbean. Clearance research before launch showed that name could not be fully owned, so the studio chose the name that says what the game is: Empire Isle. The pearl lives on inside the game as the Pearl Estate, its finest player home. The game's founder carried the idea for years; SCANAN Legacy LLC was formed to build it properly, and development began in November 2026.
The pitch in one line: a paradise of your own — grow a barefoot beach camp into the most beautiful resort in the Caribbean. Players build through four eras (Beach Camp → Resort Strip → Port Town → Island Nation) on a living day-and-night island, with named staff, free-roaming wildlife, a working port, and a casino floor that sparkles without a cent of real-money gambling.
