Account Deletion

Delete my Empire Isle account

Where things stand: Empire Isle is in development and player accounts have not launched yet — there is currently no game account to delete. This page is published ahead of launch so the deletion path is public and permanent, exactly as the app stores require. The steps below are the ones that will apply from day one of launch.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Empire Isle → Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately and the process completes within the timeline below.

Option 2 — Request deletion on the web

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account (or include your player ID) with the subject line “Delete my account.” We will verify the request is really yours — for example with a one-time code to your account email — and then process it.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and sign-in identifiers (email or Apple/Google link).
  • Your island saves, progress, in-game currency balances, collections, and guestbook activity tied to your account.
  • Your waitlist subscription, if the same email is on the list.

What we may keep, briefly and only where required: transaction records we must retain for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, and anonymized statistics that no longer identify you. Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions managed by Apple or Google — manage those in your store account settings.

Timeline

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. When deletion is complete, we send a confirmation to your account email (sent before the address itself is removed). Deletion is permanent: a deleted island cannot be restored.
